Strategic Advisor

Sarah Fandell is a strategic advisor and former senior executive with deep experience in development finance, infrastructure, and governance. She has lived and worked in Honduras and Costa Rica and has supported projects across Central America and other emerging markets.

She previously served as Vice President and General Counsel of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and in similar General Counsel roles at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, and the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest).

Sarah currently serves as General Counsel and a member of the Board of Glasswing International and is a board member of Alterna. She advises on development finance, infrastructure investment, and market entry in emerging markets.
