Luis joined J.P. Morgan in 1997 and has worked in its New York and London offices. On several occasions, he has participated in advisory projects with governments and quasi-sovereign entities in Latin America, the Middle East and Asia. Luis obtained his PhD in Economics from New York University and his BA in Economics from Universidad de Lima.
