Tinker Visiting Professor
Fábio Feldmann graduated with a law degree from the Universidade de São Paulo and a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. In the 1970s and 1980s, he established himself as one of Brazil's environmental leaders, specializing in major national and international causes. He actively participated in international debates on Sustainable Development and was cited in the Brundtland Report, “Our Common Future.”
In the 1980s, Dr. Feldmann participated in the National Constituent Assembly where he was responsible for constitutional provisions on the environment. More recently, he has been recognized as an important voice on issues of sustainable development, biodiversity, and climate change.
