Meg Cushing
Associate Director
Since joining the Foundation in 1987, Meg has worked in a variety of roles that support the programmatic and administrative functions of the Foundation. She is currently Associate Director and program officer for the Foundation’s environmental initiatives. In this capacity, she oversees the development and implementation of projects that foster sustainable resource use, balancing conservation objectives with the needs of local communities that rely on natural resources and healthy ecosystems for their livelihoods and survival. She has served on selection committees for the Kleinhans Fellowships and the Overbrook Conservation Fellows Program and was a member of Philanthropy New York’s Program Committee. She earned an AB in anthropology and sociology from Lafayette College.
