Building on previous Tinker-supported work, Igarape Inc. will (1) convene and advise key regional actors on environment crime, deforestation, and associated financial flows, (2) integrate an environmental crime and governance lens into discussions of and designs for  tropical forest financing mechanisms, and (3) introduce environmental crime priorities to global policy and decision-making spaces. This work will seek to strengthen practical and policy linkages between environmental crime prevention and broader security and justice agendas in Latin America.
