IMUMI will evaluate recent policy and practice changes in Mexico that affect children experiencing migration and will support more effective implementation within the justice sector. The project entails three lines of activity: 1) training and technical assistance to Mexico’s Child Protection Officers, 2) research on the overall functioning of the child protection system as it relates to children on the move, and 3) communications work to highlight the findings of the project and increase the accuracy of reporting on child migration in Mexico.
