This three-year grant will support CIPE's role as a resource center for five Honduran organizations participating in the RECARGA educational recovery initiative. CIPE will help these organizations strengthen their education-related activities (through evidence-based design, more rigorous programmatic strategy, etc.) and become stronger advocates for educational recovery and inclusive education. This will include developing a shared research agenda that enables CIPE to draw on evidence gathered at the local level from cohort organizations to inform nationally disseminated reports on the state of post-pandemic educational recovery.
