The arrival of Covid-19 ushered in a period of unplanned technological experimentation in Latin America’s justice systems generating both lessons learned and concerns about accessibility and equity if new practices become the norm. This project seeks to provide policy recommendations to improve the use of information and communications technologies in Chile’s civil justice system, with an emphasis on ensuring access to justice for vulnerable groups and securing fair trial standards for all.
