Fundación Cimientos will initiate a two-year partnership with 45 urban and peri-urban schools in the greater Buenos Aires area to develop strategies to promote student engagement in and commitment to educational success, with a particular focus on their social-emotional wellbeing. School leadership teams will participate in a series of eight workshops focused on assessing challenges schools face in reopening, diagnosing key drivers of dropout, and assessing potential interventions. In parallel, Cimientos will support school leadership in designing school-level projects that promote student engagement and wellbeing. The participating schools will join a larger (100+ school) network facilitated by Cimientos, which meets monthly to exchange information, engage with experts, and receive coaching on specific issues. Finally, Cimientos will create a digital publication and host a national event to share the findings and results.
