Fundación Acción Joven Fundación Accion Joven (FAJ) will support the integration of its education management model that improves student retention and academic performance. FAJ will train teachers, school administrative staff, and principals in 15 high schools with high dropout rates to prevent school dropout and increase student performance. FAJ will research, document, and establish clear processes for implementation of the model. FAJ will share these guides with its network of schools to allow for increased autonomy and transparency of the model, with an eye for the inclusion of additional schools in the network. Throughout this project, FAJ will experiment with ways to adapt its model to the pandemic-created changes ahead inside schools. FAJ will create more virtual content and work to understand how to keep students engaged remotely.
